Last night, we took the girls to the pool to cool off after an especially hot day in Moraga. Whitney pulled out a pair of Gwen's goggles and, for fun, I put them on her tiny little 2 year old face. If only I had a picture because it was adorable with her face more than half covered up by Gwen's fancy mask-style goggles.
With floaty on, she entered the water as usual, kicking around, going back and forth across the pool. However, with her eyes now protected by giant goggles, Whitney started putting her face in the water - and loving it! She then started climbing out of the pool, running around to the edge of the deep part of the pool, jumping in by herself (resulting in full submersion under water), bouncing up laughing, kicking back over the stairs, and doing it all over again! Over and over, she would jump in the water - by the end, she started trying to jump in head first (resulting in some belly flops!).
