Chef BoyarGwen

While she's been my pastry assistant for some time now, Gwen has recently graduated to sous chef. Here she is making chili on the stovetop. Gwen put all the chopped veggies into a bowl, cooked them, stirred in the ground beef (which caused a near accident when the pot started shifting and Gwen tried to use her bare hand to move the pot back- lesson learned, little hands need oven mitts!), and cooked up the tomatoes and spices.
