Vegas Vacation

Once again, the Koplans spent Spring Break in Las Vegas!  Since Adam was already in Vegas, I flew with this merry band of mischief makers.  Thank goodness it was a short flight!

This year, the weather was unseasonably cold, which meant less time at the pool and more time exploring the hotels, shows and museums.  We started the trip off Sunday night with tickets to see Jabawockeez.  It was okay - they were better on ABDC.

Monday was our one warm day at the pool - it was too cold for me to get in, but the girls didn't seem to mind.

In the evening, we took the girls to the Tournament of Kings dinner show.  I had seen the show when I was in my 20's, before kids, and remember not being that impressed.  However, we were all super impressed this time - either the show got better or, more likely, my standard of entertainment has dropped significantly after spending all my days watching Disney movies, Peppa Pig and Sam & Cat.

We also hit the aquarium, Children's museum (best we've been to!), the Mac King magic show, the M&M store, arcade at the New York New York, and the Rainforest Cafe.  We crammed a lot into our 4 days there - it was exhausting and my throat hurt the entire time, but the kids had a ton of fun.  Ask me again in a few months and I'm sure I'll look back very fondly on the trip!

Captivated by the Vegas lights

And now for the trip back!  Getting these girls home is about as fun as herding a bunch of hyper elephants through a china shop.  Whew, we have declared Paige won't see another airplane until she's at least 3…
