We visited Sedona and Scottsdale with the Steele's for Spring Break. We stayed at Uncle Steve's house in Scottsdale and the Hyatt Pinon Point in Sedona and did various touristy things. Highlights included hiking to Cathedral Rock (where Dax jumped in after Gwen into freezing cold water) and the sunset trail ride and cookout at Macdonald's ranch (the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen on horseback!). And, at the end of the trip, on the way to the airport, we stumbled upon a Portillo's!
