Holiday Season 2016! tree decorating, a visit from Santa, and then doing our Moraga Christmas thing - Christmas Eve service at MVPC, Xmas eve dinner at the Herringtons, Xmas breakfast and opening presents at home before heading to Walnut Creek on Ice and Benihana's for dinner. The Eirichs hosted New Years Eve this year - love it when someone else takes that on!

This year, we got rid of our old faithful giant fake tree and have decided to go back to real trees. This will likely last until the chore of watering the tree and disposing of the tree starts bothering me more and more and I forget about the pain of storing a fake tree. Here we are picking out, cutting down and ultimately decorating our tree from the Castro Valley Christmas Tree Farm.
Instead of dealing with the lines a the mall, we had Santa come to us this year! If Whitney still has a scar on her arm as you're reading this years later, it was because she tried to introduce Cupcake to Santa and Cupcake was having no part of that!
