3 kids, 1 school! A phenomenon not to be repeated again! Paige had been apprehensive about Kindergarten all summer. She was scared and called the prospect of Kindergarten "disturbing". But she was a trooper as always and went in with a smile, and came back happy!
Here they are - Gwen is in 5th grade in Ms. Cavallero's class. Whitney is in 3rd grade in Ms. Berkman's class, and Paige is starting K with Ms. Kathan.
The first day of school also happened to land on the day of a solar eclipse. It was super cloudy in Moraga that morning, so I pulled the kids out of school and drove East until we found a break in the clouds. Here they are marveling at the eclipse while standing in a parking lot of a Walnut Creek strip mall.
Paige's first bus ride home (K and 3rd were early birds for the first 3 weeks) with Whitney showing her the ropes. She came back smiling!
