Vegas, Baby vs. Vegas Baby

What a difference a comma makes!  Easter weekend, I took a girls trip to Sin City with Eva and Christine.  Then, on Sunday Adam and the girls flew in for some family fun time.

Vegas, Baby = girls weekend at the Four Seasons.  Time at the spa, hanging by the 4 seasons private pool, listening to Classic Rock cover bands, seeing Def Leppard, late night gambling and having a leisurely 2 hour Easter brunch.

Vegas baby = Kids at the crazy Mandalay pool, rides at the Adventuredome, Old Time photos, and in bed by 10pm!

And here's a little travel tip.  When at a hotel pool, try to sit near an 11 year old girl.  There's a good chance that she loves kids and wants to be a babysitter one day.  She may spend the afternoon playing with your little ones so you can sit back and just keep a watchful eye from your lounge chair.  This is especially valuable when the water's a little too cold for your liking.

Another good tip:  Stay at the same hotel as Aunty Eva (who also stayed in Vegas for a work convention) so she can join you for dinners and make the adult:kid ratio a luxurious 3:3!
