Squinch Face

Paige loves to make this face at me.  There's nothing funnier than going to get her out of her carseat, opening her car door door, and finding her greeting me with this little squinch face.  Even better is when it's lopsided with her squinching just one side of her face.  What does this expression mean?  We may never know.
