For her 9th birthday, Whitney had a beach themed bday party. The plan was for a water slide and hanging out in the sun on beach towels. Unfortunately, a cold snapped passed through so we went sans water, but still enjoyed some outdoor play, dinner, cake and a viewing of Teen Beach Movie.
Whitney and I also celebrated both our birthdays with a Mommy-Daughter dinner date at the Cooperage. She insisted we wear matching outfits so we both broke out our black sequence :).
