Gwen celebrated her 12th birthday by taking her friends to an Escape room. We tested out the idea of an escape room a couple of weeks before in Reno and Gwen loved it. I thought most of her friends would be into it to - they're clever, smart girls! They attempted the Prison Break room at Zscape Games in San Ramon. Adam helped them navigate through 3 rooms to break out of prison and they succeeded with no time to spare! The girls all had a blast and we may have started a birthday party trend! It was a great group of girls - as Gwen has moved into middle school, she brought together her buddies from Rheem, LP and CP! Afterwards, we had dinner at Mangia and watched a movie while waiting for the girls to get picked up. Another birthday party in the books!
