Adventures with Blue

This week, Gwen got to bring home Blue, her class mascot from Growing Tree.  Every child gets to bring home Blue for a few days and take pictures of their adventures with Blue and share them with the class.

Having watched her classmates share their tales with Blue all year long, Gwen was so excited to have Blue all to herself finally!  When we got home from school with Blue, she went to her play kitchen to feed Blue a snack before she had to go to gymnastics.  Then, when she got home, she took Blue up to her room to read her a story.

Later that evening, Blue joined Gwen for a movie night playdate at her friend Leyni's house.  Blue got to eat pizza with the girls and watch Bye Bye Birdie.

On Wednesday, Blue played on the swings with Gwen and Whitney and later that evening, helped us make zucchini bread muffins.

We have 3 birthday parties and gorgeous weather coming up this weekend, so Blue is in for a treat!
