The girls have been saying the cutest things lately.
Today, I came down from my office and Whitney ran to me, jumped up in my arms, looked at me and very sweetly said "Mama home". She's starting to put two or three words together and knows how to use the possessive form of "s". She'll say "Mama's shoes" or "Jie-Jie's wa-wa". When we tell her it's night-night time, she says "No! Play! Me Play." But then she'll usually quickly give in and says goodbye to everyone before I take her upstairs - "Bye Bye, Jie Jie", "Bye Bye, Da-da".
Gwen is speaking in princess talk all the time. We were driving and came to a stop at a red light and she goes "How come we have to stop when it's Ariel's hair? We can go when it's Ariel's tail but we have to stop when it's Ariel's hair and when it's Rapunzel's hair". It took me a minute to figure out what she was talking about so for those of you who don't speak Princess, Ariel's hair = Red, Ariel's tail = Green and Rapunzel's hair= yellow.
I also took Gwen to the eye doctor today (turns out her vision is just fine!). When she was reading the letters on the eye chart, the letter L came up and she said "L, the last letter in Ariel".
