My Little Princesses

Gwen is 3 1/2, which is prime princess age!  And now that Halloween costumes are everywhere, we have been able to stock up on princess gear.  By far, her favorite princess is Ariel, but she had already gotten her Ariel costume soaked this morning while playing with her Ariel toy in the sink.  So, we changed to Snow White, which I think is Gwen's least favorite, but still much adored, princess.  I say least favorite because of all her princess books, Whitney is only allowed to touch the Snow White ones.

Here are the girls hugging.  Even though it looks like Gwen's got her in a head lock, it was actually a very sweet sisterly embrace.  If you notice Whitney's mouth in sort of a fish pucker, it's because she's giving her sister a kiss.

Later that evening, Gwen got a Princess Tiana dress to match Whitney.  She was very excited that they were both Princess Tiana tonight and did a little jig.  Whitney's more interested in the box of crackers on the counter here.

And the girls twirled around the kitchen together.  Under Whitney's dress is her footed PJs and on her right foot is one of Gwen's crocs.  As I've mentioned before, Whitney can't walk by a pair of shoes without putting them on.
